Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed on a PRN basis in Tribune, Kansas. Provides flexible, as-needed coverage for a partner facility, supporting quality resident care. Ideal for LPNs seeking additional shifts with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist nursing staff with patient care and daily living activities.
Administer medications and record patient data accurately.
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
Provide compassionate support to residents and families.
Respond to emergency situations and provide basic life support.
Qualifications:
Current, active LPN license in the state of Kansas
Reliable and professional
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
Flexible availability, particularly for weekend coverage
Preferred Skills:
Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar healthcare experience
