Opsam Health - City Heights
- FT/PT
- Hours: FT: Monday - Friday (8-5); Option for PT, 3 days a week

- Average Patients seen: 20
- Call Schedule: No call, dedicated APP for all after hour calls, weekends, holidays
- Sign-On Bonus
- Compensation: $240,000 to $300,000 base salary + sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
- Benefits: - Vacation: 20 vacation days annually.- Sick Leave: Employees receive 40 hours of sick leave per year, separate from vacation time.- Paid Holidays: We provide 8 paid holidays annually.- Medical, Dental, and Vision CoverageMedical, dental, and vision coverage begin automatically on your first day of employment. We offer three HMO plans and one PPO plan for medical coverage.- Disability insurance- Retirement Plans- We offer a 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer match to help you plan for your future.- Continuing Medical Education (CME)Physicians: Eligible for 5 CME days annually with an allowance of $3,500. Nurse Practitioners: Eligible for 5 CME days annually with an allowance of $3,000.
- Additional Info: This position will be located at Opsam Health City Heights Clinic, 5296 University Ave, Ste F1, San Diego, CA 92105.Employment: Full-time (M-F, 8-5), no weekends or after-hours; open to 1099 or part-time (min. 3 days/week)Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PMTeam Structure: 1:1 MA support, APP covers after-hoursTechnology: ECW with AI scribe; on-site lab and referral network accessRequirements: - Current CA Medical License- Current DEA+DPS Certificate of Registration- BE/BC in Endocrinology. If BE at the time of hire, must be Board Certified within 3 years of hire- Current CPR Certificate-ACLS
