The Role You will handle a mix of plaintiff and defense commercial litigation matters (roughly 50/50 to 60/40 plaintiff-leaning), including: Business and commercial disputes Contract and partnership litigation Complex civil litigation matters Case strategy, motion practice, and discovery Direct client interaction and relationship building This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with leadership on case strategy and execution.
