Job Description
Front Desk Administrator – Pediatric Dental Office
Join our friendly pediatric dental team! We are looking for a warm, organized, and reliable Front Desk Administrator who enjoys working with children and families and helping create a positive dental experience for every patient.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients and families with a friendly attitude
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Assist with patient check-in/check-out and paperwork
Help with insurance verification and basic office tasks
Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
Great communication and customer service skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Organized and dependable
Experience in a dental or medical office is a plus (but not required)

Monday: 9 AM - 6 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Wednesday: 9 AM - 6 PM
Thursday: 10 AM - 7 PM ( 10 AM-6 PM OR 11 AM-7 PM)
Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
