Role: Staff nurse providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities: Maintain practice standards, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure quality nursing services within organizational policies. Demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred. No experience required; new graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred. Current Georgia RN licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate license. Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required. Additional Certifications: Depending on specialty area, certifications such as ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, or specialized pediatric and surgical certifications may be required within specified timeframes. Preferred certifications include Dialysis Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN), PEARS, NRP, and others related to specialty services.
