This part-time position (Monday through Wednesday, following elementary school hours) is located near Manchester, NH, and is ideal for a firm, structured, and goal-oriented paraprofessional ready to make a meaningful impact. Candidates open to full-time hours can expand their role by traveling to a second site on Thursdays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, individualized 1:1 support throughout the school day, strictly adhering to the elementary schedule.
• Employ clear, consistent strategies to help the student build confidence and achieve greater independence.
• Maintain a strong, authoritative presence to guide the student, uphold boundaries, and handle behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate actively with general and special education teachers, along with school administrators, to continually assess student growth and adjust strategies as needed.
• Specific background details about the student and her unique needs will be discussed further during the interview process.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; Paraprofessional Certification, associate degree, or passing Praxis score preferred.
• Demonstrated experience providing 1:1 student support and managing behaviors in an educational setting.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to set clear expectations and maintain a structured environment.
• Willingness to work part-time (Monday–Wednesday) or consider full-time hours with travel to a second location.
