Housekeeper

Position Overview Housekeeper – Full time & Part time. Location: Drury Inn & Suites, 4100 Orange Place, Orange Village, Ohio 44122.Pay: $17.15–$25.16 per hour, plus discretionary quarterly bonus up to $3,200. Working shift: 7 days/week, including weekends, may be required. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, including vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms. Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs. Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, and information. Perform additional housekeeping duties such as laundry and cleaning public areas when required. Provide friendly, courteous service and respond promptly to guest requests and complaints. Qualifications & Experience No prior cleaning experience required; ability to follow written and oral instructions. High school completion or equivalent education. Strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, reliable, independent worker. Physical ability: stand, walk, push vacuum, lift 25–35 lbs intermittently. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies beneficial but not required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage starting $17.15, potential to rise above minimum rate based on experience.
