Validation - Manager / Senior Manager – Project Farma Location: Customer Site - DC, MA, MD, NJ, PA, VA Job Summary Full‑time salaried position with Project Farma; manage client projects, lead teams, drive site growth and business development, ensuring high‑quality delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Key Responsibilities Site Strategy: develop and own the site strategy to position the firm as a leader in CQV services; create a strategic roadmap; identify client needs; build relationships; drive expansion; manage KPIs; analyze metrics; participate in industry events. Business Growth & Development: manage business expansion, maintain dashboards, pursue opportunities, own project extensions, generate proposals, collaborate with Market Directors, monitor KPIs, support project delivery, identify new services for mutual benefit. Leadership & Talent Development: oversee career development and performance; coach, mentor, and develop team leads and members; create succession plans; manage teams at multiple client sites; ensure compliance and client satisfaction; drive resource planning and cross‑regional allocation. Technical Delivery: oversee technical delivery, staffing, and integration with client expectations; remain a technical SME; provide escalation point for issues; deliver GMP engineering services that meet client specifications and regulatory standards; manage budgets and detailed project schedules. Operational Performance & Billability: maintain 100% billability, forecast hours, align team performance with operational goals, manage burn rates, and conduct earned‑value analysis to maximize performance for Project Farma. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. 7–13 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience. At least 4 years of managing high‑performing teams; at least 2 years of business development, lead generation, or sales experience. Experience in CQV engineering, cGMP facility start‑up, project management, or comparable military experience. Strong business‑development skills: translating client visions, developing solutions, managing deliverables, and providing clear guidance to clients and direct reports.
