Sells commercial services to achieve or exceed minimum expectations for revenue and profit. Uses various methods to prospect for new customers, including cold-calling. Builds and maintains thorough CRM on prospects and customers. Ensures payment and invoicing details are collected to keep all accounts current.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age.
• US citizen or alien authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, and/or on weekends.
• Read, speak, and comprehend English.
• Valid motor vehicle chauffeur's license.
• No more than three speeding tickets in last three years.
• No citations for driving while under the influence within last three years.
• One year of successful pest control sales experience.

• Ascend and descend stairs.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Visually inspect for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
• Communicate pest issue and potential solution or method of extermination to customer and answer questions as needed.
• Tolerate variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations.
