- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for handling calculations, balances, and account research.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in checkbacks, escrow balancing, loan disbursements, and documentation.
- Computer knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other commonly used office software.
