\nAs medical director, you'll play a key role in the program by managing a skilled orthopedic hospitalist team and partnering with experienced clinical and operational leaders to lead a successful, high-performing program. Ball Memorial is part of IU Health - the largest and most comprehensive health system in Indiana. \n

• Full time physicians enjoy a flexible schedule of 7 to 10, 24-hour in-house shifts per month

• Balanced orthopedic hospitalist program with manageable volumes: 1 case/day, 5-10 clinic patients and light ER call

• Working alongside a highly supportive physician assistant in a collaborative Monday to Friday setting

• Level III trauma center
\n
• Limited billing or coding responsibilities
