Front Desk Associate – Prestige Miami Fitness Club

Location: Miami Beach, FL
Pay: $15/hour

Schedule:
• Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

About Us:
Prestige Miami Fitness Club is a high-energy fitness facility focused on creating a clean, professional, and motivating environment for our members. We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, and hardworking Front Desk Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Greet members and guests with excellent customer service
• Check members in and assist with memberships and inquiries
• Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries
• Keep the front desk and gym organized and presentable
• Help maintain a clean and professional gym environment
• Re-rack weights and assist with gym organization throughout shifts
• Assist with memberships, payments, and scheduling
• Enforce gym policies in a respectful and professional manner
• Support daily gym operations as needed

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Punctual and team-oriented
• Fitness industry experience is a plus but not required

• Must have reliable transportation and preferably live within a reasonable commuting distance from Miami Beach
• Looking for someone dependable and committed long-term

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to frequently lift, move, and organize gym equipment up to 45 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts

Growth Opportunity:
This position offers the opportunity to grow within the fitness industry. Employees interested in becoming personal trainers may have the opportunity to receive mentorship and transition into training clients at the gym. Trainers can earn additional income through personal training sessions, with starting pay opportunities around $30+ per session outside of front desk hours.
