This position will primarily be working in participant's home performing homecare tasks including support with ADL's and general homemaking. The Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a national plan that offers all-inclusive medical, social, and personal care to seniors who want to continue living in the community safely and avoid nursing home placement. PNW PACE employees provide team-based care and serve our participants at the PACE Center and in their homes. PNW PACE In-Home Caregiver: This position will primarily be working in participant's home performing homecare tasks including support with ADL's and general homemaking. FTE: _1.0 , Shift: _Day Schedule: M-F _ * $5000.00 Sign on Bonus with a 24-month commitment to MultiCare (1 year of experience required) * Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm * Weekends Off * Be a Patient Advocate * Work in the Day Center when needed * Multidisciplinary Team Position Summary Provide assistance to professional staff. Works with leadership and program staff in carrying out daily activities. Is involved in implementing/ facilitating program related processes. Effectively communicates with program team, participants, and other stakeholders relevant to the applicable program. Responsibilities * Implements and facilitates group activities * Provides bathroom, transfer, mealtime and ambulation assistance to all participants * Assists with noontime meal preparation and clean up * Communicates with team members, participants, rehab professionals and families Requirements * Current BLS and First Aid certification * Must have current food handlers permit * Minimum one (1) year experience in health care setting working with the elderly Why MultiCare? Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $18.33 - $25.47 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
