SMM & digital marketing specialist in fintech

Описание Мы — международная компания в сфере FinTech, и сейчас ищем SMM & SEO Specialist , который поможет развивать наше присутствие в digital-пространстве, продвигать корпоративные сайты и социальные сети, а также привлекать новых клиентов. Нам нужен инициативный специалист, который умеет сочетать креативный подход с аналитикой и понимает, как digital-маркетинг влияет на узнаваемость бренда, трафик и количество потенциальных клиентов. Задачи Развивать и вести корпоративные страницы компании. Разрабатывать контент-план, готовить публикации и следить за актуальностью контента. Участвовать в создании рекламных кампаний и продвижении услуг компании. Анализировать эффективность публикаций и рекламы, тестировать новые подходы к привлечению аудитории. Работать над увеличением охватов, вовлечённости и количества входящих лидов. Продвигать корпоративные сайты в поисковых системах и повышать их органическую видимость. Анализировать конкурентов и выявлять возможности для улучшения позиций. Работать с семантическим ядром, ключевыми запросами, метатегами и заголовками. Оптимизировать структуру страниц, контент и внутреннюю перелинковку. Участвовать в разработке ссылочной стратегии и контролировать качество внешних ссылок. Анализировать органический трафик, позиции и конверсии, готовить отчёты и предлагать решения для улучшения результатов. Требования Практический опыт в SMM и ведении корпоративных социальных сетей. Понимание принципов digital-маркетинга и привлечения целевой аудитории. Знание основ SEO и опыт работы с on-page и off-page оптимизацией. Умение работать с Google Analytics и SEO-инструментами. Опыт работы с CMS и контентом сайтов. Английский язык на уровне B2 или выше. Аналитическое мышление, инициативность и самостоятельность. Будет плюсом: Опыт работы с Meta Ads и LinkedIn Ads; Навыки лидогенерации и понимание B2B-маркетинга; Опыт продвижения FinTech-, IT- или международных проектов; Понимание конверсионной оптимизации и принципов работы воронки продаж Условия Работу в международной компании. Возможность развивать сразу несколько digital-направлений: SMM, SEO, контент и продвижение сайтов. Участие в развитии корпоративных страниц, сайтов и рекламных кампаний.
