You help reinforce company culture, improve team member performance, and support operational excellence by facilitating meaningful and engaging learning experiences for both team members and leaders.Job Description:Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service cultureFacilitate in-person training classes aligned with learning objectives and approved curriculumAssist in the development and implementation of onboarding, leadership, and operational training programsCreate training materials and internal communications to support team member development and Human Resources initiativesMaintain training records and documentation; track internal and external training completionsEvaluate training effectiveness through testing, feedback, and reportingPartner with HR team members and department leaders to ensure consistent delivery of training aligned with company standardsContribute to internal communications and HR-related events as neededEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications4 years of Training and Development experience in a gaming or hospitality industryAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a teamCommitted to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environmentSkilled in presenting training content to individuals and groups effectivelyDemonstrated understanding of leadership development, program planning, and performance evaluationAbility to access and input information using a moderately complex computer systemSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft TeamsRequirementsAt least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsNonePhysical RequirementsOccasionally push/pull up to 75lbs.Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsRegularly squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistFrequently sit and work at a desk or computerFrequently standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterityWork Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorOutdoorSmokyNoisyBright flashing lightsExtreme HeightsExtreme hot cold temperaturesSlippery surfacesExposure to dust, fumes and/or gasesDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
