Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, recommend the right solutions, promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction. They stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high quality and visual standards of products and store. They are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting store sales goals. Location Store #705099, 7927 B Bel‑Air Road, Baltimore, MD 21236. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures. Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up displays. Clean store equipment. Load and unload delivery trucks. Assist in making deliveries, as needed. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. Comply with inventory control procedures. Suggest ways to improve sales performance. Qualifications Minimum Requirements At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship. Fluent in English (reading, writing, comprehension, communication). Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, comprehension, communication). Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Capable of retrieving material from shelves and stacks and lifting and carrying up to 50lb. frequently and up to 70lb. on occasion. Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. If internal, at least a "meets expectations" rating on most recent performance appraisal. If internal, completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and paint‑related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
