Registered Nurse - Outpatient Care Unit Martin Center - Full Time - Day Shift

Description

:The outpatient care unit nurse demonstrates knowledge of endoscopic procedures. This registered nurse oversees and directs the care of pre and post endoscopy patients. The outpatient care unit nurse assesses overall recovery from endoscopic procedures and conscious sedation and educates patients and their families about homecare instructions.

Education

Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Experience

Preferred: Previous nursing experience

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Required: RN license active in the state of Missouri

Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days
