The role requires 4 years of supervisory experience, basic MS Office proficiency, and physical ability to stand or lift to 40 lbs.**Core Responsibilities*** **Manage Operations**: Oversee daily warehouse workflows, including processing, packaging, and storage of materials.* **Lead Staff**: Direct, supervisor, coach, and train team members.* **Plan Schedules**: Develop work schedules and assign manpower requirements for the picking area.* **Solving Problems**: Resolve operational or staffing issues quickly within company guidelines.* **Safety & Compliance**: Maintain and follow occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines**Job Requirements*** **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff (warehouse supervisory background preferred).* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (an associate degree is a plus).* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.* **Physical Demands**: Ability to stand for long periods and regularly push, pull, or lift 40 lbs.HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset, and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
