The Company: Well established Home Health Care organization Family run feel to it Extremely dedicated to their values Put the Clients and Care Givers first at all times Take other commercial insurances Strong operational and clinical support teams Growing reputation across South East Florida The role: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Representatives across Region 9 Develop and execute strategic growth plans for Palm Beach, Martin, St Lucie, and Indian River County Drive Medicare and Home Health admissions growth throughout the territory Monitor team performance, KPIs, and admissions activity Coach and develop Sales Representatives to maximize referral generation and territory growth Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, SNFs, and community partners Previous leadership experience within Home Health or Home Care business development Proven track record of managing and developing successful sales teams Strong knowledge of the South East Florida healthcare market Existing book of business/network within Region 9 preferred would be beneficial Self-motivated and highly organized Strong leadership and communication skills Empathy and ability to build long-term relationships Ability to work towards targets and hold teams accountable Competitive bonus structure Opportunity to play a key role in company growth plans Full benefits from day one 401K Complete autonomy within the role #J-18808-Ljbffr
