A well-capitalized, vertically integrated real estate developer with over $200M in annual revenue. The company develops and builds its own multifamily communities, maintaining a steady pipeline of suburban projects while competitors face delays.
Job Description
- Oversee multifamily projects from footers through certificate of occupancy
- Manage daily site operations, schedules, and subcontractors
- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs and reporting
- Lead and support assistant superintendents during key phases
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality, cost, and timeline goals

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience, preferably in multifamily
- Knowledge of fire suppression systems and code requirements
- Able to manage subcontractors effectively without damaging relationships
- Decisive problem-solver who brings solutions to challenges
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
