Hotel Director Of Revenue Strategy
Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Hotel Director of Revenue Strategy for a client in southern California. The work includes providing leadership in revenue management, identifying new revenue opportunities, developing and deploying new strategies, providing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, optimizing and expanding distribution partnerships, challenging and influencing the hotel to improve service level and operational standards, and building and maintaining strong working relationships. Travel as needed.
Requirements include 5 to 7 years of experience implementing revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices within a hotel environment, experience repositioning a hotel, maintaining knowledge of current economic conditions within the hospitality industry, experience with property revenue management with a focus on group, transient, and corporate, and working with independent and luxury/upscale hotels. A bachelor's degree is required, along with a track record of successful leadership, developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing, and supervisory management skills, and knowledge of online hotel reservation systems and revenue management systems.
