Psychotherapist, LCSW

We are seeking a Psychotherapist to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. It is not a community mental health. We are a Psychiatry Office with the need to provide Psychotherapy as a complement treatment. Individual psychotherapy and group therapy/ MAT program. We offer a contract by patients service. Responsibilities Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues Provide prevention-oriented therapy Implement and review treatment plans Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner Qualifications Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields Familiarity with community mental health resources Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build rapport with clients Strong leadership qualities Ability to speak Spanish Company Description: Empathy Behavioral Health Services is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Florida providing psychiatric and psychotherapy services to a diverse patient population.
