Assistant General ManagerThe Assistant General Manager at VP Management will work alongside the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall success of our Prestonsburg, KY location. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, this position offers a comprehensive benefits package, a health benefit package, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company.Responsibilities:Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the Prestonsburg location, including but not limited to: sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee supervision.Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and enforced by all employees.Utilize excellent leadership skills to motivate and coach team members, driving them to meet and surpass sales goals.Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints efficiently and effectively.Oversee inventory levels and ordering to ensure that the store is adequately stocked at all times.Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase store revenue and profitability.Uphold and promote a positive and inclusive work culture at all times.Requirements:Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.EEOC Statement: VP Management is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
