Licensed Massage Therapist

Qualifications 2+ years hands on experience is a plus but NOT required Must show proof of completion of a course of study from a credentialed massage school and pass the MBLEX (or equivalent examination) Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to perform up to 3 consecutive hours of massage (15 min recovery between) Must be willing to provide UP TO 30 hours of hands-on massage availability weekly for full time. Must have weekend (Saturday or Sunday) availability Responsibilities Greet clients and perform massage appointments as scheduled and on time Complete SOAP Notes for each session Attend scheduled training sessions (efforts will be made to accommodate schedules) Assist with sheet folding and stocking as necessary Compensation and benefits $38/hr per massage plus 100% of tips. $12 if commission does not outpace hours worked. Up to $1000 FT/$500 PT signing bonus* 2 days PTO after 3 months with approved days off, 1 week additional at anniversary, 2 weeks at 2nd anniversary** * Signing bonuses paid at 6 ($250/$125)and 12 months ($750/$375) of continuous employment. PT therapists average at least 15 hrs of hands on availability to qualify for bonus structure **PTO accrues for PT as well and pays out at aggregate average of hands on hours worked per day/week. PTO paid out at the front desk rate $17 per hour.
