Actualmente estamos aceptando solicitudes para Asociados(as) de Limpieza a tiempo completo que ayudarán a mantener un ambiente limpio y acogedor, mejorando la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes.

Si estás interesado(a) en un horario diferente, también contamos con puestos disponibles en turnos de mañana (AM) y tarde (PM) que podrían adaptarse mejor a tus necesidades.

Detalles del Puesto:

Pago: $18.85 por hora (+$1 diferencial por turno nocturno)
Turnos: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM y 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM; se requiere flexibilidad para trabajar ambos turnos.
Tipo: Tiempo completo, elegible para beneficios

Responsabilidades:

Limpiar y preparar habitaciones, dormitorios y baños según nuestros altos estándares
Trapear, aspirar y barrer pisos y áreas del hostal diariamente
Realizar tareas de lavandería: lavar, clasificar, doblar y reabastecer
Cambiar y lavar ropa de cama, cobijas y toallas según sea necesario
Lavar y guardar utensilios y platos de cocina
Limpiar y desinfectar lavabos, inodoros y duchas; reabastecer jabón y papel higiénico
Lavar ventanas y persianas cuando sea necesario
Quitar el polvo de superficies, muebles y accesorios en habitaciones y pasillos
Vaciar la basura y el reciclaje diariamente
Reportar artículos dañados a la gerencia
Ayudar a mantener el inventario de suministros de limpieza
Realizar mantenimiento ligero y tareas básicas de exteriores según sea necesario

Habilidades / Requisitos:

Mínimo seis meses de experiencia en limpieza de hostales u hoteles (preferido)
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo
Experiencia en servicio al cliente es una ventaja
Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente (GED)
Disponibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana y días festivos

Requisitos Físicos:

Requiere sentarse y usar manos y brazos regularmente
Frecuentemente estar de pie, caminar, hablar y escuchar
Ocasionalmente subir o mantener el equilibrio
Capacidad para levantar y mover hasta 50 libras
Habilidades visuales necesarias: visión cercana, periférica, de color, percepción de profundidad y capacidad de enfocar
El nivel de ruido en el ambiente laboral es generalmente moderado

Se podrán realizar ajustes razonables para permitir que personas con discapacidades desempeñen las funciones esenciales del puesto.
