We’re redefining remote cardiac monitoring, and we’re looking for an experienced District Sales Manager to lead regional growth and develop a high-performing field sales team.
THE ROLE
You’ll oversee an assigned district, leading sales representatives responsible for selling to cardiologists, electrophysiologists, hospitals, IDNs, and private practices. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines team development, field execution, and strategic account support.WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create and execute district growth strategies Establish sales goals and hold representatives accountable Conduct field rides and support complex account conversionsBuild relationships with physicians, KOLs, and executive stakeholders Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM accuracy Identify competitive activity and regional market opportunities Consistently achieve district revenue targetsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
