Aalis Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Grants Management Manager to provide federal grants management and program leadership support in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full federal grants lifecycle, from award through closeout.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee staff performance and development.
• Provide quality assurance, financial monitoring, audit resolution, and compliance oversight.
• Serve as a primary customer and stakeholder interface.
• Manage grants data and activities using GrantSolutions or comparable grants management systems.
• Monitor program and financial performance and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Support grant closeout, reporting, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–12+ years of federal grants and program leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing multidisciplinary teams.
• DOL/ETA/OGM or Department of Education experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal grants management, financial monitoring, and audit resolution.
