Optometrist - Competitive Compensation + Great Benefits - Midland, MI

We are seeking a motivated Optometrist to join an established practice in Saginaw, Michigan!

DETAILS:

Mostly Primary Eye Care
2-3 patients per hour
Full support team including billing manager, technicians, marketing, and opticians available
Updated technology provided: EMR, Retinal Cameras
New Grad OD Program available - Start before you are licensed
Great OD mentorship available

SCHEDULE:

Float between 2 offices in Midland & Saginaw, MI
Full Time
4 or 5 days work week available
2+ Saturdays preferred

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

Production based incentive model with bonuses on top
Average earnings of $150,000-$160,000/year

3 weeks Vacation per fiscal year.
New grad incentive for first 3 years after graduation
