• Join a collaborative team of 5 physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers, benefiting from on-site procedural facilities and an outstanding hospital partnership.
• Build and expand an Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy service line
• Strong referral base with immediate procedural demand
• On-site Endoscopy Suite with anesthesia support
• Capabilities to support advanced procedures such as: EUS, ERCP, EMR / ES, Stenting, Advanced luminal & biliary interventions
• Excellent relationship with the local hospital for complex cases
• Immediate practice decision-making input and meaningful clinical autonomy
• 1:6 shared call (office + ER), ensuring balanced workload
