Collaborate in a private practice within state‑of‑the‑art surgical facilities, research centers, and outpatient clinics with onsite support including physical therapy, imaging, and patient education resources. Plastics and Orthopedic Surgery trained physicians encouraged to apply. Onsite mentorship for 2026/2027 fellows. Opportunity Schedule: 3 days in clinic with 2 block OR days – optional for more OR time. Build a practice to your preference: hand, shoulder/elbow, microvascular work if desired. Dedicated medical assistant and advanced practice provider per surgeon. Competitive base salary + wRVU model with 2‑year partner track. Sign‑on and relocation stipends provided.
