BHIP Case Manager for Veterans - Mental Health Care Lead

US Department of Veterans Affairs

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Social Worker Case Manager to support two virtual BHIP teams. The role involves conducting psychosocial assessments, coordinating care with Veterans and families, and ensuring timely documentation in the VHA system. The position requires an MSW from an accredited program, state licensure, and experience with crisis management and community referrals.
