RCS Senior Specialist - Evenings

RCS Senior Specialist Opportunity for remote schedule. Must be able to attend onsite trainings, meetings, and events as needed. Mon-Fri from 3:30p-11p with rotating weekends, 40hrs a week The RCS Senior Specialist serves as a key operational support resource for the Switchboard team, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient call handling, on-call management, and communication across the organization. This role assists with training, quality monitoring, workflow coordination, and real-time operational support to help maintain seamless 24/7 operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to teamwork and service excellence. Key Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience with healthcare, call center, or switchboard operations preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and leadership teams Requires understanding of medical record requirements, regulations and policies. Requires a high level of interpersonal, problem solving, and analytic skills. Requires effective written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings. Requires ability to prioritize and process multiple tasks at once. Requires the ability to meet objectives and standards. Requires knowledge of personal computers using various types of word processing and database software. Five years of Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
