Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Test Program Integrator (TPI) - Technical Project Manager to be located in Berkeley, MO supporting the Phantom Works, Test Beds, & Strategic Capabilities Test Program Management organization. Our organization is focused on modifying, certifying, and operating experimental aircraft to be used as flying laboratories to acquire engineering research data for Boeing program customers. The TPI role is responsible for test design, implementation, and verification of flight test related activities across the portfolio of Phantom Works activities. This role requires significant coordination with internal and external customers, suppliers, and cross-functional team members in the development and execution of test approaches, aircraft modifications, and strategic capabilities. This role requires an experienced Technical Project Manager to coordinate and lead strategic initiatives, major aircraft modification efforts, technology development roadmaps, capital investment projects, and supplier management activities. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid - Level and Senior - Level Test Program Integrator (TPI) - Technical Project Managers.Position Responsibilities:Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (program partners, customers, management, suppliers, capabilities) to define, plan, and execute mission systems testing on test bed aircraftManage the test program baseline, to include tracking and reporting on schedule and cost, managing program risks and opportunities, coordinating programmatic hand offs and dependencies, etc.Partner with program engineering teams to determine system test requirements and design appropriate aircraft modification plans to allow for full lifecycle system integration & test activitiesManage the execution of capital investment efforts, including the purchase and modification of test aircraft and assets, as well as development of strategic capabilitiesPursue new business opportunities, to include maintaining schedule of resources (aircraft and personnel) and providing cost estimates to internal teams & customersReport test program status to BT&E managementOperate with a proactive mindset, able to function independently while in a highly collaborative environmentBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US CitizenshipBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement3+ years' experience in technical project managementPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience working with external suppliers and customersExperience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, risk management tools, etc.)Familiarity with aircraft and aircraft systemsExperience in mission systems integration and testActive Secret US DoD ClearancePay & Benefits: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain the top talent. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.Summary pay range Experienced (Level 3): $103,700 - $140,300 Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $126,650 - $171,350 Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.
