Your Mission: Make the Magic Happen As General Manager, you’ll be the engine behind your store’s success. From crushing goals to creating a fun, high-energy environment, you’ll lead the pack with pride. You’ll also support hiring, onboarding, and training for other locations, playing a vital role in our fast-growing family. What You’ll Do (and LOVE Doing) - Lead by Example: Set the gold standard for customer service, quality, and cleanliness. - Bring the Energy: Create a positive, fun, and upbeat work environment where everyone thrives. - Coach and Inspire: Continuously train your team on products, services, promotions, and best practices. - Own the Details: Master our POS system, wash equipment, and service processes like a pro. - Build a Dream Team: Partner with HR and the Operations Team to hire, train, and evaluate rockstar Supervisors, Sales Reps, and Crew Members. - Solve Challenges: Handle customer or employee issues with professionalism and a smile. - Keep Us Stocked and Running: Manage inventory, equipment repairs, and general store operations. - Master the Schedule: Plan ahead to ensure smooth staffing and efficient labor management.
