Membership DirectorLocation: Nashville, TN Compensation: $100,000 base + $20,000–$40,000 commission (OTE $120,000–$140,000+)About the RoleWe're seeking a Membership Director to help launch and grow an exclusive, members-only social and dining club bringing the energy of Napa Valley to Nashville. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up, shaping the experience and culture for a new brick-and-mortar location set to open soon.The Membership Director will play a key role in driving member acquisition, curating a community centered on food, wine, and travel, and ensuring a best-in-class experience for members. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial, performance-driven environments, and who enjoys blending hospitality, networking, and sales.What You'll DoDrive membership growth, with a target of 300 founding members by end of 2026.Lead tours and activations to introduce prospective members to the club experience.Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and cultivate qualified member leads, including individuals and corporate groups.Represent the brand with authenticity, balancing approachability and sophistication.Collaborate with leadership to set processes and execute against membership goals with independence.Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring the club community remains humble, generous, and kind while maintaining an elevated atmosphere.What We're Looking For3–7 years of experience in membership sales, hospitality, luxury brand management, or a related field.Proven ability to sell and build relationships in high-touch, premium environments.Wine knowledge and appreciation — able to connect with both casual enthusiasts and more discerning palates.Process-oriented and self-starting, able to take broad direction and execute independently.A people person with strong networking abilities and natural charisma.Personality traits: hungry, success-driven, adaptable, humble, and kind.
