Crisis Counselor: 24/7 Mental Health Support

Volunteers of America Western Washington is seeking a Crisis Counselor I to join our 24/7 CCRS call center in Everett. You will provide crisis intervention, suicide prevention, information and referral, and brief supportive counseling to individuals in distress by phone. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Social Work and at least 1 year in healthcare contact centers or mental health counseling.
