About the Role:
Join Erie Island Coffee as a Barista in beautiful Rocky River, OH! We are looking for passionate coffee enthusiasts who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and pastries.
- Handle drive thru customer service with warmth and friendliness
- Prepare simple and quick bagel and other sandwiches and salads
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regular customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and workstations.
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and menu items to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Positive attitude and a passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
- A reliable way to get to work.
