Required Skills: Board-certified or eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine or Obstetrics & Gynecology with specialization Proven experience in high-risk obstetrics and fetal procedures such as amniocentesis and CVS Proficiency in ultrasound imaging and fetal diagnostic techniques Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in both office and inpatient settings Familiarity with EPIC or Viewpoint EMR systems Nice to Have Skills: Experience performing cerclage procedures Additional training in genetics, congenital anomalies, or neonatal care Previous locum or temporary staffing experience Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine or Obstetrics & Gynecology with maternal-fetal subspecialty At least 3 years of high-risk obstetric practice experience Other Requirements: Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain licensure Certification in NRP and BLS/ACLS Credentialing estimated to take approximately 90 days Willingness to travel and cover assigned shifts on specified dates Coverage dates: flexible openings from May to June 2026, including specific weeks as needed Take the next step in your professional journey—apply now to become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering excellence in maternal-fetal healthcare.
