Market Research Analyst

Location & Schedule Onsite for the first 90 days. Afterward 80% onsite and 20% remote. Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Labor Day required. Responsibilities Devise, evaluate methods for collecting data, and implement research methods such as surveys, questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, and opinion polls. Gather data on market conditions, collaborate with teams inside and outside the organization to collect relevant qualitative and quantitative data. Collect and convert complex data and findings into actionable reports and presentations. Determine the most effective market research methods to track target audience demographic trends and market demands. Conduct market research, analyze results using traditional and modern statistical techniques and software. Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective consumer preferences. Evaluate program methodology and key data; define and clarify research objectives to ensure methodology delivers desired results. Analyze autonomously qualitative and quantitative data, trends, and strategies, especially within marketing and communications industry trends. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, statistics, math, market research, or related field, or four (4) years of relevant experience. Strong ability to understand large amounts of data and information. Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with teams and meeting demanding deadlines. Strong communications, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills. Strong quantitative background in statistical and data analysis. Advanced computer skills, including higher level functions in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables) and statistical software platforms. Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and make recommendations based on statistical reports. Knowledge of human‑subject research, confidentiality, and ethical research practices. Two years’ experience in a similar role.
