Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and psychological needs to inform therapeutic approaches.

• Designing and implementing customized treatment plans that address individual goals and challenges, utilizing evidence-based modalities.

• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms, ensuring a secure and supportive space for clients.

• Establishing therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring client progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, adhering to ethical standards and best practices in mental health documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with teletherapy platforms and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be a plus. Additionally, experience in community health settings can be beneficial in addressing the broad needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload. Benefits include:
