As a Manager at SDG, you will lead and shape the future of data-driven transformation for our clients. Youll be responsible for guiding diverse teams, overseeing the end-to-end Data, Analytics & AI development process, and managing strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic leader who can execute current projects flawlessly while keeping future business development at the forefront, identifying new opportunities to expand our impact.

Manage and grow client relationships, identify their core needs, and develop opportunities to position SDG as a leader in the Data, Analytics & AI sector. Experience in the CPG or Healthcare industries is a plus.
Project Execution & Team Leadership: Ensure projects are executed efficiently by managing multi-office teams, structuring them for success, and providing technical guidance on complex, high-impact initiatives.
Technical Strategy: Stay current with the latest technological trends in Data, Analytics & AI to deliver cutting-edge solutions and strategic advice that drive value for clients.
Agile Project Management: Operate within agile environments, ensuring flexibility, team alignment, and iterative delivery tailored to project needs.

Solid experience in Data, Analytics & AI projects, with deep expertise in Business Intelligence and/or Big Data tools and services.
A degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field that fosters critical thinking.
Comprehensive Data Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the entire data value chain, with a focus on modern data platforms and visualization practices.
Agile Methodology: Proven experience working in agile environments and applying agile methodologies to manage projects effectively.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project needs and make occasional trips to client offices as required.
