Role Description

The Licensed Social Worker or Professional Counselor will provide individual therapy in a virtual outpatient setting. The clinician must reside in Illinois or Massachusetts . Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining a caseload and timely documentation, coordinating care, participating in case consultations, and offering crisis support as needed. This is a full-time, remote role that includes supervision toward clinical licensure hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current or expected license appropriate to the role and location, with eligibility to practice independently or under supervision as applicable.
• Experience with clinical assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions; outpatient or private practice experience preferred.
• Strong documentation, case management, and care coordination skills.
• Ability to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, person-centered care to diverse clients.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with sound professional boundaries.
• Comfort using electronic health records and standard computer applications.
• Willingness to participate in supervision, peer consultation, and continuing education.
