It's not easy to get hired by us – we want only the most talented and committed Managers, but when you do join Lucky Strike, the rewards are abundant.Overview The Role As an Event Operations Manager, you will lead your team from setup to breakdown, own the guest experience across every group event, and turn every booking into a reason to come back and bring more people next time.What You'll DoExecute events from setup through breakdown, leading your team to deliver seamless, memorable group experiencesPartner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities, drive repeat bookings, and grow event revenueTrain and develop event staff on hospitality standards, event flow, and high-volume executionEnsure event spaces, lanes, and attractions are set, staffed, and guest-ready before every eventManage event labor, track financial performance, and complete post-event reportingStay active and visible during nights, weekends, holidays, and peak event seasonsWhat You'll Bring3 or more years of event, hospitality, or operations leadership experienceA track record of executing events that drive repeat business and guest satisfactionExperience managing and developing event staff in high-volume, fast-paced settingsFinancial acumen including event profitability, labor scheduling, cost control, and upsell strategiesStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneouslyFlexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak event seasonsWhat You'll Get Our people are the reason guests keep coming back.
