Number of Beds: 12

Type of staff: Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - Patient Ratios 1:2, 1:3, Estimated never guaranteed. Does not protect Med/Surg which can be 1:6

Type of equipment: Monitors, CRRT, IV, Fluid warmer and Blanket cooler

EMR: Meditech

Skill Set: Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experienceBLS, ACLS & NIH Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Prior Meditech experience Ventilator competency, IV gtt competency

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Dialysis line insertion, arterial line insertions and central line insertions Cardioversion, thoracentesis, and chest tube insertions

Best personality fit: Patient experience is a priority Communication with staff and providers
