We are hiring Seasonal Tires Associates to support our warehouse operations. This role is ideal for individuals seeking short‐term, full‐time, seasonal work. The Tires Associates are responsible for all tire-specific receiving, labeling, stocking, picking, and packing functions within the distribution center. This position requires advanced physical capability, high accuracy, mastery of safety practices, and a strong understanding of distribution processes. Tires Associates operate independently with minimal supervision, troubleshoot minor workflow issues, maintain strong productivity and accuracy standards, and play a key role in maintaining departmental flow.

Key Responsibilities

· Loads and unloads tire trucks, verifying quantities against delivery receipts and reports irregularities

· Prepares and labels tires according to company standards

· Stocks tires in designated racks using proper rotation and storage methods

· Picks tires accurately based on documentation, ensuring SKU and quality accuracy

· Packs tires according to company guidelines, ensuring safe and compliant transport

· Supports reporting, quality checks, and departmental workflow coordination

· Demonstrates reliability and adheres to all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements

· Operates distribution equipment safely when certified (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)

· Follows SOPs consistently within assigned work areas and seeks clarification when needed

· Works collaboratively with team members and communicates effectively

· Maintains strict confidentiality

· Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned

Computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems - Basic

Ability to troubleshoot minor operational issues - Good

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent work experience)
• 0–2 years of warehouse/distribution for physically demanding role
• Must be available for the full seasonal assignment
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures, noise, and moving equipment
