Summary The Team Lead at the Legacy West store supports the Store Director and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the sales team while delivering exceptional client experiences. This role helps build client relationships, co-creates sales strategies, and proactively drives business results through strong product knowledge and market awareness. The Team Lead also oversees floor operations and champions achievement of sales goals.
