Unit-Based Nurse Educator & Education Leader

MercyOne Medical Group

MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, IA, seeks a full-time Nurse Educator to coordinate orientation and ongoing staff development with a 50/50 split between education and direct patient care. This role collaborates with the clinical team to ensure competency and high-quality care. Ideal candidates hold Iowa RN licensure, a BSN (or in progress within 5 years), and 3+ years of nursing experience; CCRN certification is preferred.
