Experienced Parts ManagerThe Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary function of the Parts Manager is the supervision of the day to day operations of the Parts Department.What We Offer:Paid Time OffPaid HolidaysMedical, Dental and Basic Life401K with employer contributionBi-weekly Pay ScheduleOpportunity for advancement and Career DevelopmentResponsibilities:Supervise and hold accountable all Parts Department employeesTrain and develop Parts Department employees, training is to be kept at 90% or aboveSet budgets and goals for the Parts DepartmentStart and follow through on plans and programs to meet company goals and objectivesCoordinate outside sales with Outside Parts This is to include at some minimum, bi-weekly meetings with Outside Sales and customer calls.Organize plans to maintain existing customer base, as well as developing new plans to obtain newMerchandise parts inventory to meet sales and profitDevelop new advertising media, ensure the advertisement methods are relevant and up toCoordinates with other Department Managers whenResponsible for maintaining an accurateAdminister cores and coreAssists warranty Administrator in warranty claims and returnsReview daily operations from previous day for accuracy and efficiencyMaintain ISO standards and procedures.Qualifications:Should possess a High School diploma.College degree is preferred by not required.Experience in related field is required.Must be sales and customer service driven.*Please note this is a safety-sensitive position
