Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Data Quality and Data Governance
• Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and S/4 master data structures
• Strong understanding of SAP master data including Customer, Material, Supplier, Asset, and Equipment
• Ability to review data profiling results and define data quality metrics with business stakeholders
• Experience facilitating business discussions to define data quality rules
• Experience reviewing profiling results with Business and IT teams
• Experience defining and developing data quality business rules in Information Steward
• Experience designing data quality rules
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, configuration, implementation, and production support experience
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and customer environments
• Experience leading projects technically and working independently
• Ability to develop and implement enterprise-level architecture
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and SLA Management
• Knowledge of standard change management procedures for production environments
• Experience supporting security policies, regulatory guidelines, compliance audits, penetration tests, and vulnerability assessments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Experience leading onsite/offshore teams
• Ability to research emerging technologies, products, services, protocols, and standards and recommend best-practice solutions

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
