What You'll Do as an Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair injection molding presses, automated production equipment, robotics, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment rebuilds, component replacements, and machinery overhauls to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Support production teams by responding to maintenance calls, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing long-term corrective solutions.
• Assist with automation systems, PLC troubleshooting, material handling systems, chillers, grinders, and auxiliary equipment maintenance.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space, and hot work requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting plant-wide safety, quality, and operational goals.

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Industrial Maintenance Degree, Journeyman Certification, Military Technical Training, or related education preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with heavy manufacturing equipment, including 2+ years working on injection molding machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with 480V three-phase electrical systems, industrial controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical prints, hydraulic schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Welding, fabrication, machining, and PLC experience are a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a 8-12 hour shift in a manufacturing environment.
